In April of 2004, we had the satisfaction to employ Toni Vaz for a conversation in the Quarry A Valemix. It was such a magic presentation in a Saturday in the afternoon, that when we arrive to work in the second day, we found people with thinking. People with goals, caused and the most interesting thing: people who were postponing decisions put in practice their projects. Today I am retired but, I still work in another enterprise of the same segment. Result of decisions taken in the certain hour, orientated by the motivation.

My friend Toni Vaz... We had the opportunity of working together in the Radio Educator of Cel.
